I take it that Zoltan fled from home per usual? Since you have the animators and voice actors in place I can't conceive of why you'd quit the project unless someone went missing. This doesn't have to do with the scores for Generic Anime OVA Episode: #1 and Generic Anime OVA Episode: #2 does it? If it does, then that is an extraordinarily petty reason to quit the series.
