I really don't know whats going on with it I have the entire story board written but due to multiple things its just staying in it's physical comic state so as of now (and it could possible change in the future) GA3 is cancelled and the " story " as it is will just stay a 2 parter.

I take it that Zoltan fled from home per usual? Since you have the animators and voice actors in place I can't conceive of why you'd quit the project unless someone went missing. This doesn't have to do with the scores for Generic Anime OVA Episode: #1 and Generic Anime OVA Episode: #2 does it? If it does, then that is an extraordinarily petty reason to quit the series.
