I understand with swf type videos you import the loader but how dose it work if you have ads aproved on a non swf video?

It shouldn't run an ad but now there are preroll ads so that will probably be what you get.

I don't even know why're your bothering with making MP4 files for Newgrounds, the only kind of ad revenue you can generate from those are from the preroll ads but that's like cutting your income in half, mostly because the preroll ads also apply to SWF files already running the CPMStar ads so there's literally no point, especially when the preroll ads are so finicky and glitchy. With Flash you can double dip your eCPM with both the CPMStar ads and the preroll ads so it doesn't make any sense to even bother with MP4 files when SWF files are clearly more profitable.
I was experimenting with the mp4 system on Newgrounds because I was wondering whether to post animations in mp4 or swf, in the end I feel like I have MUCH more freedom with swf. However I was just wondering how would ads work on mp4 without an ad/ loading thing, in the end it really dose not.
